Flat Branch Home Loans

Ask A Mortgage Question

Amy Hess’s previous experience had her deep in the VA loan process as a VA Loan Specialist for a nationwide lender. Her dedication to educating veterans on the benefits of the VA loan program is quite extraordinaire and we are proud to have Amy with us at Flat Branch Home Loans. Amy has more than 10 years of lending experience, so she is no stranger to the mortgage industry. While Amy is new to Flat Branch Home Loans, having joined in 2014, she has shaped her home loan education skills to higher levels. Amy consults with Missouri and Illinois buyers to establish goals for home ownership, financial constraints, and determine the loan program that meets their needs. Working with first-time homebuyers is especially rewarding as she enjoys counseling homebuyers from the beginning to the end of the loan process. Working one on one with a local, experienced loan officer backed by knowledgeable staff handling your loan from start to finish is so important. In-house processing and underwriting allows Amy to better serve clients and help make the process as smooth as possible. Amy looks forward to giving each and every one of her clients the best experience in the purchase of their new home!
